Launch Code Server on Fly

Run a VS Code editor directly on the browser. This template will deploy a Code Server VM with 1GB of memory, an attached persistent volume of 1GB and clone a repo so you can start working on. This template will shut down after one hour with no use but restarts after you open the URL again.
