Data Processing Agreement

Customers who need to comply with GDPR, the EU’s General Data Privacy Regulation, may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The agreement is pre-signed by Fly.io and will become active when signed by the customer.

Customers with HIPAA compliance needs may request our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The agreement is pre-signed by Fly.io and will become active when signed by the customer.
