September 19: Sprite create failures due to network instability (14:45UTC)

Sprite SQLite databases became unreachable from worker nodes in multiple regions including SIN, DFW, LHR, IAD, FRA, and ORD. The errors came in two spikes: the first lasted roughly six minutes, the second about two minutes. During these spikes, existing Sprites continued to run, but impacted organizations could not create new ones. Both Spikes correlated with instability across our internal network.
